Description Construction Superintendent Oversee daily on-site construction activities from project start through closeout Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with contract documents Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Owners Lead site meetings and provide progress updates Identify and resolve construction issues proactively Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance General knowledge of Building and Construction Codes Support project closeout activities including punch lists and final inspections MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

Profile A successful Construction Superintendent should have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety regulations Experience managing commercial projects such as office buildings, healthcare, retail, higher education, multifamily, or industrial facilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools OSHA 30 Certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically navigate active construction sites Job Offer Competitive annual salary Comprehensive benefits package, including medical benefits and 401(k) plan.
