Description As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and site logistics Ensure compliance with local, state, and project-specific regulations Maintain quality control and project documentation Lead safety initiatives and conduct site inspections Work closely with project managers and ownership representatives Identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions Manage project closeout activities and punch list completion MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Experience with public construction projects preferred Understanding of construction codes and regulations Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Familiarity with project scheduling software OSHA certification preferred Job Offer Competitive salary between $100,000 and $130,000 annually.
