The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, coordinating subs, vendors, and owner representatives to deliver a high-quality project on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial construction, familiarity with 100+ unit projects, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and CM tools.
