Concrete Superintendent New Haven, CT Full-Time On-Site $175,000 - $200,000 /yr

Talked to the owner of this sitework shop, and he's offering an exceptional comp plan for a good concrete super:

• $175-$200k base
• Performance bonus potential (they have target profit margins and if the crew brings it in at a higher margin he splits it with his team)
• 401K w/ match
• Company truck or vehicle stipend
• Health insurance

Looking for someone with significant concrete experience. High wall podium construction and rebar exp are both nice to have as well.

• Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years civil superintendent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Concrete experience
• Podium experience
• Rebar experience
• Parking garage experience
