Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all phases of multifamily, wood-frame residential new construction projects in New Haven. This role involves coordinating on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Description Construction Superintendent Supervise all aspects of multifamily, wood-frame residential construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track. Ensure construction meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and documentation. Problem-solve and make decisions to address challenges that arise during construction.
