Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Leasing Agent fluent in both Spanish and English to assist prospective and current residents. This role involves leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist prospective residents in English and Spanish
  • Conduct property tours and explain lease terms
  • Process rental applications and lease paperwork
  • Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
  • Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • Prior leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
