Ground Transport Dispatcher

Yale New Haven Health -  -  - Responsibilities:
Obtain information for service requests and dispatch appropriate personnel based on response protocols;
Process requests by field crews for assistance and facilitate the flow of information between staff and field personnel;
Monitor and answer radios to ensure crew safety and communicate professionally at all times;
Enter data accurately into the Computer Aided Dispatch system for all service requests;
Adhere to policies, participate in quality improvement activities, and maintain customer service standards
