Newport-Hotel-Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our location in New Haven, CT. The role involves assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and managing inquiries. Successful candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
This position requires working varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights. Training will be provided; prior experience in hospitality is preferred, but not mandatory.
