Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing / B2B
Location:
Confidential (New Haven, CT) | Full-Time | Day Shift | Hourly + Overtime

What You'll Do:
- Manage assigned territories and serve B2B customers with excellence
- Process orders, CCFs, and RGAs accurately and efficiently
- Respond to inquiries about pricing, product availability, order status, and shipping
- Ensure timely issue resolution while balancing company policies and customer needs
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate closely with sales, shipping, finance, and order entry teams
- Document processes and help train new team members
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment
- Strong multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills; comfortable using 6–8 applications across multiple monitors
- ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft CRM)
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Preferred
Skills: - Experience mentoring or training junior staff
- Familiarity with complex or custom manufacturing processes
- Previous high-volume order management experience
Schedule & Environment:
- Monday–Friday, day shift
- Fully on-site; commutable to New Haven, CT
- Fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Exposure to multiple systems and processes, with hands-on mentorship
