Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnostics, restorative, and preventive care
- Develop and present individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient education and long-term oral health
- Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals with high clinical quality
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record system
- Uphold strict infection control, safety, and regulatory standards across all aspects of care
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality metrics, and evidence-based best practices
- Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities offered by Benevis Dental
- Support access to care initiatives and community outreach consistent with Benevis Dental's mission
- Engage in regular case reviews and peer collaboration to enhance outcomes and patient satisfaction
