Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Demonstrated passion for landscape architecture and the design of the public realm
- Strong design, site analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into buildable solutions
- Advanced understanding of technical design, detailing, and documentation
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex project requirements
- Familiarity with municipal and state agency standards, permitting processes, and regulatory frameworks in Connecticut and the Northeast
- Experience in construction administration and field observation
- Strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino (or comparable 3D modeling tools)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to project delivery schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- Professional licensure (or active pursuit of licensure)
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
