Program Manager
Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Our mission emphasizes inspiring a love of learning, supporting schools, and giving families peace of mind, while building a team of mission‑driven individuals to foster safe, engaging experiences for children.
Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00 (based on education and experience)
Program
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 3:15PM-6:00PM
- Ensuring safety and joy standards, keeping site documents and licensing standards current, outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures, and coaching staff to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to safeguard all participants.
- Engaging meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children; responding promptly to emails, texts, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust; and collaborating regularly with the Area Manager to support program goals and implement changes.
- Maintaining accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs and ensuring “name to face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
- Implementing daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working with children, including those with unique and special needs.
- Relevant coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
- Strong communication skills—oral, written, and visual—with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
- Proof of MMR immunization.
- Minimum 20‑year age requirement.
- Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
- First Aid and CPR in‑person.
- Cleared tuberculosis test.
- Must be on site 60% of the time.
- 1080 hours of documented supervised experience over a nine (9) month span and one of the following: CDA, 12 credits in early childhood education or child development.
- BS/BA degree in early childhood education or child development, 360 hours of experience working with similar ages, and 1 semester of student teaching with similar ages.
