Housed within the Innovation Division, the Admissions & Enrollment Program Manager plays a critical role in supporting the growth, strategy, and continued evolution of Slate for admissions and enrollment. This position works closely with prospective institutions, current clients, and internal teams to demonstrate Slate, translate admissions workflows into practical solutions, and develop examples and resources that help institutions make the most of the platform.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Lead Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, tailored demonstrations of Slate for prospective institutions.
- Translate Admissions Workflows: Turn real admissions processes into clear, practical solutions within Slate.
- Build Examples & Use Cases: Create hands‑on examples (forms, communications, application flows, dashboards, etc.) that institutions can review and adapt in their own environment.
- Develop Reusable Resources: Create templates, examples, and best practices that institutions can implement within their own Slate databases.
- Advise on Enrollment Strategy: Help institutions think through recruitment, communications, application management, and decision processes.
- Create Educational Content: Contribute to documentation, training materials, and learning resources.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, development, and marketing teams to support institutional success.
- Support Evaluations & Strategic Conversations: Assist with follow‑ups and occasional RFP responses.
- Surface Product Insights: Share trends, feedback, and observations from conversations with institutions.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up with developments in admissions, enrollment, and education technology.
- Represent Technolutions: Attend and participate in conferences, events, and the annual Slate Summit.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:
3–6 years of experience working in admissions, enrollment management, or enrollment technology. - Slate
Experience:
Hands‑on experience working with Slate for admissions and enrollment operations is strongly preferred and will be prioritized during the hiring process. - Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of core admissions processes, including:
- Inquiry and prospect management
- Application management and review
- Communications and recruitment outreach
- Recruitment events and travel
- Admissions decision workflows
- Communication
Skills:
Ability to clearly explain complex systems and processes to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Presentation
Skills:
Comfortable leading live demonstrations and engaging audiences in strategic conversations about technology and admissions operations. - Project Management: Ability to plan, oversee, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, particularly when translating institutional challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.n
- Collaboration: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Travel: Willingness to regularly travel to conferences and industry events.
- Work Environment: This position is fully on‑site in our New Haven, CT office and requires in‑person work five days per week. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
- Slate administration (queries, rules, forms, workflows, communications)
