Assistant Teacher (AA/AS Level)

The Assistant Teacher (AA/AS Level) plays a crucial role in supporting the educational development of students in a part-time capacity. This position involves collaborating with lead teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and achievement. The Assistant Teacher will assist in implementing lesson plans, providing individualized support to students, and monitoring their progress. Additionally, this role requires effective communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Ultimately, the Assistant Teacher contributes to the overall success of the educational program by enhancing student learning and supporting the lead teacher's objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
