Operations Associate

Elm City Montessori School, launched in August 2014, is New Haven’s first public Montessori school. We currently serve approximately 325 students between the ages of 3 and 13. New Haven, Connecticut is a thriving arts, cultural, and education hub, located in the center of a growing community of public Montessori schools.

We are looking for a bilingual professional who can run front-facing communications and help coordinate daily operations for our school's main office during the school year. This is a 10-month position, and this person reports to the Leader of School Operations. The Operations Associate is someone who is highly organized, a problem-solver and a strong communicator. This person must be a motivated individual who has the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced atmosphere and can effectively prioritize.

The Operations Associate will model school protocols/procedures and proactively identify challenges and solutions for our school.

Salary $30,00-40,000 based on education and experience. Medical, vision, dental and 401K matching benefits available.
