Salary26-27 School Year: $53,220 - $108,047
Certification RequirementsMust possess and maintain the certification requirements as established by Connecticut State Statutes. - Energetic, flexible, adaptable, and extremely organized.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Background in technology is highly useful.
ISSP teachers support high school students by providing opportunities for college courses, leadership and career workshops, and academic and artistic programs. They work with students to find opportunities that best fit their interests, strengths, and schedules, serving as mentors along the way. ISSP teachers also teach seminar courses in their schools, serve on district committees, and collaborate with other teachers and administrators.
