Your Role Within The Team

Within the Communication Department, your missions will be versatile and will directly contribute to strengthening the image and reputation of the Virbac Group worldwide.

• Institutional Communication & Reputation:
  You write analysis, synthesis, and recommendation notes. You conduct benchmarks and competitive analyses to feed reflections and action plans. You monitor current events to anticipate and identify topics of interest. You support the writing of press releases and press relations actions.

• Internal Communication & Company Culture:
  You are the engine of the engagement of our employees around the world. You imagine, design, and deploy innovative internal initiatives to rally our teams. You follow the adoption of our collaborative tools and evaluate the impact of these actions through precise indicators.

• The Digital Ecosystem & Redesign Projects:
  You actively participate in the operational pilot of our sites and platforms (internal and external). As a contributor to the strategic project of redesigning our platforms, you help to reflect on the user experience (UX), optimize content (SEO, GEO), and ensure the good technical and editorial interconnection between our different tools.

• Social Media & Content Creation:
  You actively contribute to the coordination of the editorial calendar, ensuring the coordination of contents on different supports and animate our communities, with a major focus on Linked In and You Tube. You take charge of the production of end-to-end contents: writing contents, designing visuals, and editing short videos adapted to the new web codes (expert interviews, snack content formats).
  
  You also contribute to the deployment of the internal ambassadors program.

• E-reputation & Performance Analysis:
  You ensure an active watch of our e-reputation and digital trends. You pilot the follow-up of performance indicators (reach, engagement, web traffic) through the production of monthly performance dashboards, in order to measure the impact of our actions and propose concrete optimizations to the management.

• Education:
  
  Student in Master's (Sciences Po, Business School or University, School of Communication, Celsa), you are looking for a 6-month training internship.

• Languages:
  
  Given our international dimension, a good level of English (spoken and written) is indispensable in addition to fluency in written and spoken French.

• Hard
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced mastery of office tools (Google Suite) and social media codes.

• Soft Skills:
  
  You have excellent writing skills and good interpersonal skills, you show diplomacy, listening, and proactivity. Your curiosity for health and societal issues, combined with your team spirit, will make the difference.
