On-Call Program Facilitators Needed for Oxford Royale OverviewAs a Program Facilitator, you will play a key role in providing a safe, enriching, and memorable experience for students in an elite summer programme. Your responsibilities include ensuring student safety through daily engagement and organizing events and activities under the guidance of Junior Deans and programme leadership. This role suits confident, responsive individuals who excel at communicating with young people and working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

On-call / Per Diem (as needed to cover staffing gaps; shifts include days, evenings, and weekends)

Looking for a flexible summer role that fits around your research or thesis? Oxford Royale is seeking reliable, confident On-Call Program Facilitators to provide intermittent, as-needed coverage for our elite high school (ages 16–18) summer programs at Yale and Barnard. This is a per-diem position with no guaranteed hours, designed to fill staffing shortages and dropouts.
Key Responsibilities- Student Safety & Supervision:
Chaperone international students on and off-campus, including during excursions and airport transfers. - Activity Leadership:
Lead, support, and engage students in recreational activities, workshops and evening events. - Pastoral Care:
Act as a campus resource and mentor, addressing student concerns and maintaining a supportive environment. - Admin Support:
Assist with daily attendance, activity registers and brief incident reporting.
- Education:
Current graduate student (or recently completed degree). - Experience:
Prior experience working with teens (ages 16–18). Camp counselor, residential life (RA) or mentoring experience is highly preferred. - Skills:
Strong communication, exceptional organisational skills and a collaborative team mindset. - Pluses:
First Aid certification and familiarity with the Yale or Barnard/Columbia campuses.
Note on Interviews:
All interviews will be conducted virtually via Google Meet next week, running from Monday through Wednesday.
