LPN Program

One-time payment of $2,500

1-year work agreement required upon completion of the program as a full-time LPN

Applications accepted year-round

Eligibility Requirements:

Acceptance into a fully accredited LPN program

The following documents must be provided if selected for an interview:

Resume (this can be uploaded with your application; if you do not have a resume, please include your employment/education history in your application)

Letter of acceptance or proof of enrollment in a fully accredited LPN program (this can be uploaded with your application)

One letter of recommendation from a previous/current employer or current instructor (we cannot accept letters from students; it must be sent directly from your reference)
