All Saints Catholic Academy is seeking a full-time middle school English Language Arts (ELA) and Science Teacher for .

Spiritual Leadership: Lead students in daily prayer, participate in school liturgies, and support the campus ministry and service-learning initiatives.

Instructional Design & Classroom Management

Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with diocesan standards.

Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs, styles, and accommodation plans of fifth grade students.

Classroom Culture: Establish clear expectations, routines, and positive reinforcement strategies to maintain a structured, safe, and productive learning environment.

Assessment & Communication

Student Evaluation: Utilize both formative and summative assessments to measure student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.

Parent Engagement: Maintain regular, professional communication with parents and guardians regarding student academic progress and behavioral growth via the school portal, email, and conferences.

Collaboration: Work closely with school team members, professional learning communities (PLCs), and administration to support student success and school-wide initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree and Teaching Certification required.
• Experience in Catholic or Private Schools is desirable.
• An enthusiasm for young people and Catholic education.
• A practicing Catholic in good standing with his/her parish is preferred, with a deep commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
• Able to work with school technology (e.g.: use of academic software, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
• Effective communicator both oral and written who is a well-organized professional with great attention to details.
• Understands and completely embraces the All Saints Catholic Academy Mission and appreciates that the school is driven by its Catholic identity, which focuses on the highest level of ethical, moral, and social behavior of its students, staff, and volunteers.
