YWCA Hartford Region is seeking a Head Teacher I to provide a supportive, safe environment for children in the Early Learning Center. You will plan and manage age-appropriate activities, fostering physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
You will assist the Site Manager with supervision, training, and evaluating assistant teachers and volunteers. You will monitor curriculum delivery, ensure licensing and accreditation standards are met, and coach staff.
