Job OverviewSome construction work experience preferred. Experience may be in sectors such as federal, state, municipal, K-12 school, water/wastewater, higher education, laboratory facilities, transportation, ports, or marina projects.
Main DutiesParticipation in training, company activities, administrative duties, and other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and CADD.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to project management tools.
- Ability to develop, track, and communicate project controls and reports.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Obtain and maintain relevant industry certifications.
- Ability to interpret engineering plans and technical reports.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to work on construction sites, including climbing ladders and working outdoors.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
- FE/EIT preferred;
Professional License may be required depending on local regulations. - Knowledge of construction management principles, project controls, and related services.
- Familiarity with electronic project management systems is a plus.
- OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification required within 3 months of hire.
Reports to Area Manager and collaborates with Practice or Service Line Leaders. Capable of supervising team members in technical and administrative roles.
