CAPA’s Shubert Theatre Programming Assistant position in New Haven, CT assists CAPA's Programming Team, reporting to the General Manager, with regular duties and show-specific tasks. The role runs up to two days per week (8–10 hours) with additional hours available per show.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, and eager to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work nights and weekends during events are important for success. Base pay is $17/hour.
