Senior Experiential Manager, Sports Betting

• Project manage multiple hospitality and production-focused programs simultaneously
• Manage senior client stakeholders and rights holders
• Plan detailed hospitality packages including tickets, décor, talent appearances, accommodation, transportation, food and beverage, production elements, and cultural experiences
• Develop events, including scheduling, logistics, health and safety, insurance, creative production, and briefing documentation
• Research, procure, and contract third-party suppliers and vendors
• Create budgets, track finances, and reconcile accounts
• Develop and deliver pre- and post-event reporting
• Manage events on-site and host VIP guests
• Manage direct reports and junior account staff as assigned
• Lead client relationships and day-to-day account management
• Coordinate internal teams and global Octagon account teams
• Anticipate challenges and propose solutions
• Manage invoices, vendor payments, budget tracking, and project financial reporting
• Oversee project workstream deliverables and promote regional efficiencies and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 6–8 years’ work experience in experiential hospitality
• Passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music, and/or celebrity and lifestyle culture
• Experience with on-site management and execution at large or major events
• Outstanding organization, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to think on your feet, use initiative, learn quickly, and adapt to change
• Relationship-building skills across organizational levels
• Problem-solving and creative solution development abilities
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines, departments, and projects
• Demonstrated discretion, judgment, tact, and poise; reliability and trustworthiness

• Staff management experience and ability to empower teams
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours as required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for eight or more hours
• Multiple languages are a plus
