As an Institutional Relationship Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Enterprise Relationship Management team, serving as a trusted advisor to community banking partners. What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years in a client-facing financial services or banking role
- Fundamental knowledge of fixed income and short-term interest rate markets a plus
- Polished interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage relationships and resolve issues proactively
- High integrity, discipline, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as needed (Northeast)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
