FalconX is seeking a Senior Counsel to join our legal team as the primary advisor to FalconX’s credit businesses. You will guide legal strategy on digital asset lending, margin facilities, and other credit activities, collaborating with Product, Markets, Risk, Operations, and Compliance.
The role requires a U.S. bar admission, 7+ years of experience in credit/financing for financial institutions or crypto firms, and deep understanding of secured lending and regulatory frameworks.
