Insight Global is seeking a Financial Assistant to support a leading higher education institution's Finance Support Center. This individual will join a collaborative team responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial support to employees, departments, and suppliers. The role will focus heavily on responding to inquiries through Salesforce, supporting supplier onboarding and self-service functions, and assisting with Accounts Payable processes from invoicing through payment.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, exposure to Workday, and a strong interest in finance, accounting, or shared services operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise systems such as Workday and Salesforce while working in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment. This is a contract until end of year and pays $22-25/hr.
