Reportingdirectlytothe President,theSVPwillserveasakeymemberoftheexecutiveleadershipteamandastrategicadvisoronfinancialperformance,organizational sustainability,technology,risk,compliance,procurement,and investment.

The Senior Vice President of Finance ,IT&Procurementwillleadthefinancialinfrastructuresupporting Elm City Communities 'affordablehousingportfolio,operations,development activity,andlong-termstrategicpriorities.

TheSVPwilloverseeenterprisefinanceandaccounting,budgeting,forecasting,auditandinternalcontrols,procurement,informationtechnology,financial systems,regulatory compliance,andcapitalplanning.

Thisexecutivewillalsopartnercloselywithorganizationalleadershiponaffordablehousingdevelopment,propertyandassetmanagement,LIHTCandmixed-finance transactions,HUDrequirements,capital investments,andenterprisemodernization.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillcombinethetechnicaldepthofanaccomplishedfinanceexecutivewiththeleadershipskillsnecessarytodevelopteams,modernizesystems,communicatecomplexfinancialinformation,andhelpguideenterprise-level decision-making.

• Provide strategic leadership for all finance,accounting,budgeting,forecasting,treasury,financial reporting,andfiscaloperations

• Advisethe Presidentandexecutiveleadershiponfinancialstrategy,organizational performance,risk,investment,andlong-term sustainability.
• Leadannualoperating,capital,development,andpropertymanagementbudgetingprocesses.
• Developfinancialforecastsandanalysesthatsupportexecutivedecision-makingandstrategicplanning.
• Establishandmaintainstrongfinancialcontrols,policies,procedures,andaccountabilitysystems.
