About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Bethany, CT. As an RBT with New Patterns ABA - CT, you will work closely with our team of behavior analysts and therapists to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress
- Providing positive reinforcement and reinforcement-based procedures to increase desired behaviors
- Maintaining accurate records of client sessions and progress
- Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each client's treatment plan and goals
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
- Implement and reinforce positive behavioral strategies and reinforcement-based procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
