Project Manager Clinical Healthcare

Job Description

This role leads clinical healthcare projects from planning through completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and timeline expectations. The project manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources and budgets, and uses Procore to track progress and maintain project documentation.

Responsibilities

+ Lead clinical healthcare projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

+ Develop clear project plans, timelines, and milestones for clinical healthcare initiatives.

+ Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are understood and achieved.

+ Use Procore to manage project documentation, track progress, and maintain accurate records.

+ Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying risks and issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

+ Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

+ Ensure that clinical healthcare projects comply with relevant standards, processes, and quality expectations.

+ Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending enhancements to project management practices.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in project management, with a focus on clinical healthcare projects.

+ Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

+ Experience coordinating and leading cross-functional teams in a clinical or healthcare environment.

+ Proficiency with Procore for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

+ Ability to identify project risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Formal education or training in project management, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial.

+ Relevant project management certifications are an advantage.

+ Experience working within regulated or clinical environments is preferred.

+ Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and stakeholder needs.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of New Haven, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
