• Assist patients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Support patients in maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the care team.

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment

The base salary for this position is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings.
