Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division, supporting the US Northeast region.
Objectivesestablishing and maintaining scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers (HCPs), delivering unbiased scientific education, and supporting investigator-initiated studies relevant to immunological disorders.
Responsibilities- developing engagement strategies aligned with Medical Affairs objectives
- facilitating scientific exchange
- identifying educational needs and providing insights to inform medical strategy
- a Doctorate (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent)
- at least 2 years of relevant medical affairs or clinical research experience
- the ability to travel up to 70%
- therapeutic area expertise
- familiarity with digital tools and AI
- residency in major metro areas like NYC or Boston
- focus on immunology therapeutics, with an emphasis on immunological disorders
- supporting both scientific education and clinical research activities
- collaboration with internal teams including R&D, clinical operations, and global medical affairs
- entails compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- regional travel
- location flexibility preferred
