As Bistro Supervisor, you will mentor our ROCKSTAR TEAM and deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests. In this role you will collaborate with our Manager to ensure the success of the food and beverage program including breakfast service, restaurant lunch and dinner service, the hotel’s full bar and daytime meeting room catering.

This person must create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures the engagement of employees, guests, and owners. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ of food and beverage supervisory experience in a comparable hotel environment is preferred, but willing the train the right person for the role
  • Background in food and beverage fundamentals and departmental oversight
  • Schedule flexibility is a must, as you will support all shifts of the bistro operation
  • Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
  • Marriott brand experience is a plus
