• To assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage.
• To assist with guest packages.
  • a. transport to guest room
  • b. transport to guest meeting area;
    Omni meeting rooms.
• To properly "log" all trips originating from the "Bell Stand."
• Responsible for a clean and "smart" appearance of uniforms.
• Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the front drive area.
• To be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related).
• Performs other duties as required by supervisor.

• Ensure cleanliness of bell closets and bellcarts.
• Answer phones using the proper “Moment’s of Service” scenario.
• Assist guests with any requests (i.e. restaurant reservations, directions).
• Accept other special duties as assigned by management

• Bellstand luggage carts, hand truck
• Interior and on occasion exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
