HR GENERALIST

We’re working with a long-term client of ours who is looking to add an HR Generalist to their team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing new hire fingerprinting and background check compliance across the organization

• Supporting onboarding and essential HR communications

• Partnering closely with payroll and other members of the HR team

• Staying on top of changing compliance requirements and procedures

• Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, including FMLA, over time

What we’re looking for:

• Approximately 3 years of HR experience – some flexibility for the right person

• HRIS experience; Paycom is a plus

• Hands-on onboarding experience

• Strong organization and follow-through

• Someone who communicates well, works collaboratively and can independently own their responsibilities
