Senior HR Partner

Role:
Senior HR Business Partner supporting Clinical and Regulatory functions, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement within a biopharma environment.

• act as a trusted advisor to leaders, manage HR projects, partner with talent acquisition and managers on workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and leadership development
• champion HR initiatives like training and performance management
• coach leaders, address performance issues, and ensure policy consistency
• advice employees on benefits
• source talent for hard-to-fill roles
• conduct orientation and facilitate meetings

• BA/BS in business or related field, 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years as a strategic partner, and 2+ years working with C-level executives
• experience in life sciences preferred
