Senior Tableau Report Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
• Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions (SSIS / Talend)
• Create and optimize complex SQL / T-SQL queries, SSRS reports, and stored procedures
• Support data migration and integration from legacy systems
• Optimize SSIS package and SQL performance
• Work closely with Business Analysts, users, and System Integrators across the SDLC
• Implement data quality, reconciliation, error handling, and performance best practices

• 10+ years overall IT experience
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Tableau
• 5+ years writing complex SQL / T-SQL
• Strong expertise in SSIS, SSRS, Talend
• Experience working with SQL Server, DB2
  , and other databases
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Local candidates only (Connecticut). Hybrid onsite requirement is mandatory. Government/large enterprise project experience is a plus.
