Product Manager, Consultant

Your Role

The Member Experience Product Management team drives the strategy and delivery of digital solutions that empower members to make informed healthcare decisions. Your work will shape how millions of members access and understand their healthcare benefits. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management – Member Experience.

In this role, you will help advance Stellarus’ mission by delivering solutions that meet the needs of our health plan customers. You will ensure digital experience components such as Benefit Coverage, Cost Transparency, Provider navigation and Claims are clear, transparent, and easy to use for members. This position focuses on building scalable, member-centric solutions that reinforce Stellarus’ value to payer customers and drive innovation in healthcare.

You will lead initiatives to integrate AI and machine learning into digital products, creating intuitive, predictive and personalized member experiences for all Stellarus customers.
