The Working in Science Internship Program is designed for last year’s students and recent graduates who want to apply what they’ve learned in a real, global biotechnology environment. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and develop skills that set you up for future success.

Alexion’s Clinical Operations Management team leads the end‑to‑end delivery of clinical trials in rare and ultra‑rare diseases, coordinating operational plans that meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets in Poland and Europe. COM oversees study sites and drives patient recruitment, data integrity, and proactive risk management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (life sciences preferred) or in final year of study.
• Proficient with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written (C1).
• Familiar with new technologies and adept at applying AI tools in daily work.

• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; comfortable asking questions to drive clarity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Experise in practical application of AI tools.

• Eligibility:
  Final year students and recent graduates. Please review the specific requirements for each role.
• Duration: 3 months, starting in July.
• Working model:
  Hybrid, with partial on‑site presence.
• Selection process:
  Application review against objective criteria, Hire Vue video responses, then a remote meeting with the recruiting team.
• Timeline:
  Apply by 21 March 2026. Results by mid‑April.

Completion of the internship does not guarantee contract extension or further employment ure opportunities may be advertised separately and require a new application.
