Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Senior Program Manager to support a complex, enterprise-scale technology environment. This role requires strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive accountability across IT, laboratory, and R&D teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and able to ensure that all infrastructure and lab-related systems meet operational and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain infrastructure components, including servers, equipment, and associated systems across IT and laboratory environments.
• Partner with IT, lab, and R&D teams to ensure all hardware and systems adhere to organizational, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs across multiple teams and work streams.
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure programs meet enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, operations, and business teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and critical milestones.
• Drive communication across stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
• Monitor progress and performance, providing accurate reporting and status updates.
• Facilitate governance processes, steering committees, and program reviews.
• Ensure all program deliverables meet quality, technical, and operational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have managed large IT Infrastructure Programs/Projects within an R&D or Lab environment
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
