The Digital Innovation & Enablement Ambassador plays a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, adoption, and proficiency with enterprise technology solutions. This individual serves as a frontline advocate for digital transformation, ensuring that employees are empowered to use tools effectively and that the organization maximizes the value of its technology investments.

• Training & Enablement
  :
  Design and deliver training programs for new and existing technology platforms, tailored to diverse user needs and skill levels.
• Strategic Rollout Champion
  :
  Act as the internal face of major software deployments, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and enthusiastic participation.
• AI Fluency & Advocacy
  :
  Promote AI literacy across the organization and contribute to shaping the company’s AI strategy by identifying use cases, guiding responsible adoption, and supporting AI-related initiatives.
• Tier 1 Support Liaison
  :
  Serve as the first point of contact for software usage questions, offering guidance and troubleshooting support to end users.
• Technology Optimization
  :
  Identify gaps in current technology usage and implementation; collaborate with teams to recommend enhancements or new solutions that address functional needs.
• Feedback & Insights
  :
  Gather user feedback and usage data to inform continuous improvement of technology solutions and user experience.

• Proven experience in technology training, enablement, Implementation or support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, CRM systems).
• Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts and tools, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Passion for helping others succeed with technology.
