Associate Director of Digital Marketing

Overview:
The Associate Director of Digital Marketing will manage the Digital Marketing team, develop and execute organic and paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, You Tube, Yext, Google, and Bing, and manage paid search campaigns. This role involves analyzing performance, providing insights, and staying at the forefront of digital advertising tactics.
- Own the end-to-end process of developing, deploying, and optimizing organic social media and paid search, display, and video campaigns.
- Manage parties responsible for organic social channels, online community management, and influencer research.
- Identify the best digital channels and targeting techniques to reach target audiences.
- Maintain digital marketing audience personas and their journeys.
- Allocate and manage budgets across digital advertising channels.
- Conduct keyword research, selection, testing, and optimization strategy.
- Guide and manage ad copy creation, image selection, and optimization for all business units.
- Collaborate with UI/UX to test landing pages and recommend improvements.
- Lead community management strategy across the Knights' channels with a customer-first mindset.
- Report and analyze all digital campaign performance.
- Develop personalization and experimentation strategy across web, ads, and email to drive leads, adoption, and conversions.
- Working knowledge of You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Whats App, Tik Tok, and related platforms.
- Ability to seek out and implement the latest digital advertising tactics.
- Extensive experience using Google Ads (Google certification preferred).
- Experience using Google products such as Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker, and Search Console.
- Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong campaign strategy creation, communication, management, and proactive account performance troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and data analysis experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking, meeting deadlines, and managing priorities.
- Positive, driven, energetic team player.
- Experience managing vendors and a small team.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
The wage range for this role is $112,000 – $190,500 (based on experience and location within Connecticut). The Knights of Columbus reserves the right to adjust the wage range if the position is performed elsewhere.
Physical DemandsMust be able to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the workday. Authorization to work in the United States is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
