Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP; S4 Hana

Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in Finance, SAP S/4

HANA, data analysis, and data visualization
. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, analyzing processes and data, performing gap analysis, translating business needs into functional specifications, and partnering with IT teams to deliver technology solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
• Perform data analysis, data mapping, and create visualization/reporting artifacts.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with developers and architects on solution design.
• Support project estimation, business case development, and process improvements.
• Evaluate system enhancements, vendor releases, and business impacts.
• Create process flows, workflows, use cases, and documentation.
• Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project environments.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist with incident/problem analysis.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support as needed.

• 7–10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong background in Finance, SAP S/4
  
  HANA, and data visualization tools
  .
• Experience working on complex IT projects with development teams.
• Strong data analysis, SQL, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and cloud-based applications.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
