Ability to design and implement longterm endpoint management strategies
Experience in developing roadmaps and setting technical direction for endpoint solutions
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues
Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams IT Security Helpdesk etc
Experience in leading technical discussions and presenting solutions to stakeholders
Strong customer service orientation
Experience engaging with endusers to gather requirements and feedback
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in endpoint management and IT infrastructure roles
At least 3-5 years in a senior or architect level position
Proven track record of managing and delivering large scale IT projects
Relevant certifications eg Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert
