OverviewOversee and guide a team of software engineers in designing/developing scalable solutions within the Blackbaud CRM platform using the Microsoft technology stack (including SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server). Direct the architecture and implementation of ETL workflows and complex integrations between Blackbaud CRM and other critical systems. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, oversee root cause analysis, integration monitoring and error handling, ensuring timely resolution and system stability.
Manage resource allocations across multiple large concurrent projects. Coordinate the release process to ensure successful deployments and manage dependencies. Provide strong technical leadership, foster professional growth and skill development, conduct performance reviews, and set goals for direct reports.
Skills and Abilities
Experience with a CRM (such as Blackbaud) with many integrations.
Principal ResponsibilitiesEducation and Experience
Bachelor's Degree and four years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
Skills and AbilitiesDeveloped analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Developed interpersonal, written, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead and manage staff. Proven expertise with systems analysis methods and techniques. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
