Job DetailsWe are seeking a Corporate Associate with a background in handling sophisticated transactional work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating fast‑moving deals, managing multiple work streams, and taking ownership of client relationships.
What You’ll Do- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex transaction documents
- Support venture capital financings and/or mergers and acquisitions
- Advise clients on transaction strategy, deal execution, and related corporate matters
- Assist with securities law compliance and corporate governance as needed
- Work directly with partners and clients on high‑impact transactional matters
- Manage timelines, diligence, and closing processes across multiple deals
- 3–7 years of law firm experience in transactional work
- Experience in Venture Capital or M&A (required)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Experience with securities compliance and corporate governance (preferred, not required)
- Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing responsibilities
- Interest in building strong client relationships and taking on increasing responsibility
