Salary: $180,000 - $275,000 per year.

We are seeking a Corporate Associate with a background in handling sophisticated transactional work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating fast‑moving deals, managing multiple work streams, and taking ownership of client relationships.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex transaction documents
• Support venture capital financings and/or mergers and acquisitions
• Advise clients on transaction strategy, deal execution, and related corporate matters
• Assist with securities law compliance and corporate governance as needed
• Work directly with partners and clients on high‑impact transactional matters
• Manage timelines, diligence, and closing processes across multiple deals

• 3–7 years of law firm experience in transactional work
• Experience in Venture Capital or M&A (required)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
• Experience with securities compliance and corporate governance (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing responsibilities
• Interest in building strong client relationships and taking on increasing responsibility
