Associate Litigation Attorney

Halloran Sage’s New Haven Office is offering an opportunity for a Litigation Associate, who is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, with 1-3 years of experience litigating insurance defense cases, to become an essential member of a high functioning, responsive team that takes pride in working together to provide clients with their best path forward. Applicants must have excellent writing skills, a strong academic background, and a willingness to learn the nuts and bolts of litigation.

Admission to the Connecticut bar is required at the time of application.

Your contributions will include:

• Providing superior research and writing skills
• Consulting with other attorneys on case strategies
• Participate in all aspects of litigation
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Responding to Interrogatories and Request for Production
• Attending Pretrial Conferences, Mediations and Arbitrations
