Halloran Sage’s New Haven Office is offering an opportunity for a Litigation Associate, who is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, with 1-3 years of experience litigating insurance defense cases, to become an essential member of a high functioning, responsive team that takes pride in working together to provide clients with their best path forward. Applicants must have excellent writing skills, a strong academic background, and a willingness to learn the nuts and bolts of litigation.
Admission to the Connecticut bar is required at the time of application.
Your contributions will include:
- Providing superior research and writing skills
- Consulting with other attorneys on case strategies
- Participate in all aspects of litigation
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Responding to Interrogatories and Request for Production
- Attending Pretrial Conferences, Mediations and Arbitrations
