Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site position in New Haven, CT, for a Real Estate Paralegal. The selected candidate will assist attorneys with legal document preparation, due diligence and title insurance matters. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and preparing lease agreements and supporting commercial real estate closing process. The role also involves organizing and managing case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and thorough, and maintaining communication with clients, attorneys, and other involved parties.
