Associate Attorney

A law firm in East Haven, Connecticut, seeks full-time attorney with over 8 years of experience. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess skills in commercial and residential real estate, including drafting documents and negotiating complex matters relating to real estate transactions, land use, mortgage financing, leasing, business law, including purchase and sales of businesses, entity formation, complex contract review and preparation, zoning, drafting legal motions and other documents for court, attend court hearings and handle litigation matters.

Connecticut Bar Admission
