This is a full-time, on‑site Maintenance Technician role located in New Haven, CT. In this position, you will perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and carry out industrial maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of production facilities. Daily responsibilities include inspecting equipment for damage or wear, diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues, and applying repairs to minimize downtime. The role requires maintaining a safe and organized workspace and working closely with the operations team to optimize performance.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs
